Feel free to name it too, that’s half the fun! mine is called: Analida’s Curry; not very original I know. The brightness of your curry will largely depend on how you choose to blend the spices, but also on the yellowness of the turmeric (different brands have different hues).
Considered one of the world’s oldest spices, curry has been around for centuries. Archaeologists confirm that there is written documentation about curry being used as an offering to Mesopotamian deities. Yes, it’s that old! So, what are you waiting for? By the way, the title doesn’t mean that every curry is a blend of seven spices, it just so happens that this recipe consists of seven spices.
