- 1 Avocado From Mexico mashed
- 2 teaspoons lime juice
- ¼ teaspoon Kosher salt
- ½ mango sliced
- 4 Tablespoons queso fresco crumbled
- ¼ teaspoon chili powder
- 4 Slices Bimbo® Bread toasted
In a small bowl mash the avocado, then stir in the lime juice, and the Kosher salt. Spread on the toasted bread.
Slice mango thinly, and put on top of the avocado mixture.
Sprinkle with crumbled queso fresco and chili powder.
