Coconut Water Mojito Recipe

One the best refreshing coconut mojito recipes I have made. Sweet, tangy and minty with a splash of rum of course! Love this drink with the lightness of coconut water.

  • In a cocktail glass muddle the mint leaves with the agave nectar and lime juice.
  • Option: You can also muddle in a slice or 2 of lime.
  • Add ice cubes.
  • Add the rum, and coconut water. Top with a splash of club soda.
