tomatillos
roughly chopped

mango
ripe, diced

Kosher salt

large: cored, seeded and diced

Instructions
Place all ingredients in a food chopper or food processor until thoroughly blended.
Serve with your favorite chips.

Pro Tips:
Fresh is best. Tomatillos lose their texture when frozen or canned.
Again, fresh is best. Don't use canned mangoes, jalepeños, or tomatillos for this dish.
Don't feel limited by chips. Drizzle on fish tacos, grilled chicken or pork.
