Martini 1 oz lemon juice fresh squeezed 1 oz vodka 1 oz simple syrup rosemary infused 1 oz apple cider Rosemary Simple Syrup 1 cup water 1 cup sugar 8 sprigs rosemary

To make the cocktail: In a cocktail shaker place 1 cup ice, and all the ingredients. Shake vigorously.
Serve in a martini glass. Garnish with an apple slice.
