- 3-4 sprigs of parsley chopped
- 1 onion small, cut into slices
- 1-2 sprigs of fresh thyme
- ¼ cup white wine
- 1 bay leaf
- 1 tsp Kosher salt
- 6-8 peppercorns
- 2-3 Tbsp butter
- 2 Tbsp olive oil
- ⅛ tsp nutmeg
- 1 ¼ cup milk
- ½ cup flour
- 2 eggs beaten with 1 Tbsp water
Panko breadcrumbs for coating.
