- 12 Tomatillos fresh
- 1 White onion diced
- 2 cloves Garlic minced
- 2 Serrano chiles minced
- ½ Cup Cilantro fresh, chopped
- 1 Avocado diced
- 2 Limes juiced
- 1 teaspoon Olive oil extra virgin
- ½ tsp  Salt add to taste
- ½ teaspoon Sugar add to taste
(Keep screen awake)
-  Place the tomatillos into a bowl of warm water in batches to remove the husks. Soak for a few minutes and the husk will be much easier to remove. 
- Slice the tomatillos into quarters and place into the bowl of food processor. 
- Pulse the tomatillos in the food processor until you have a coarse puree. 
- Pour the tomatillos into a large serving bowl, add the remaining ingredients and stir to combine.  Add olive oil, salt and sugar to taste.
