Sparkling Mango Prosecco cocktail is the perfect drink to make for a summer party. Sweet mango juice, and bubbly Riondo Prosecco is a perfect combination and a little jalapeno for a spicy note. A summer brunch must.

9.6 oz mango juice 2 cups crushed ice 750 ml Prosecco 4 slices jalapeno cored and seeded
Cook Mode (Keep screen awake)
Place mango juice and crushed ice in a blender. Blend for about 2 minutes, then place in the freezer for about 30-45 minutes.
Add 3 oz. of the mango slush to your wine glass, then add about 5 oz. of Riondo Prosecco.
Top with a slice of jalapeno.
