Salad

  • 2 cups mangoes diced
  • 2 tablespoon cilantro chopped
  • 2 tablespoon shallots minced
  • 2 tablespoon peanuts chopped

Dressing:

To make the dressing:

  • Place all of the ingredients in a bowl and whisk together.

To make the salad:

  • Toss all the ingredients except the peanuts in a bowl until well combined.
  • Slowly pour the dressing over the salad, and stir to coat well.
  • Sprinkle with the crushed peanuts.
