- 5 oz spinach (1 bag)
- 2 Tbsp raisins
- 2 Tbsp almonds slivered
- 1 Roma tomatoes seeded, cored, and diced
To make the dressing place all the ingredients in a bowl and whisk.
Place tomatoes, almonds, and raisins in individual prep bowls.
Place in the refrigerator until you are ready to use.
To assemble the salad, wash the spinach thoroughly. Place in a bowl, then casually sprinkle the tomatoes, raisins and almonds, alternating to create a visually appealing dish.
