Ingredients

  • 5 oz spinach (1 bag)
  • 2 Tbsp raisins
  • 2 Tbsp almonds slivered
  • 1 Roma tomatoes seeded, cored, and diced

Dressing

Instructions

  • To make the dressing place all the ingredients in a bowl and whisk.
  • Place tomatoes, almonds, and raisins in individual prep bowls.
  • Place in the refrigerator until you are ready to use.
  • To assemble the salad, wash the spinach thoroughly. Place in a bowl, then casually sprinkle the tomatoes, raisins and almonds, alternating to create a visually appealing dish.
