Turkish Seasoning Blend

My Turkish seasoning recipe is all you will need to create great Turkish dishes, marinate meats, sprinkle on vegetable or rice.

  • Place all ingredients in a jar and shake to combine.

Notes

To use as a marinade for meats:
Add 3 tablespoons olive oil to a bowl and add 2 tablespoons Turkish seasoning. 
Stir well until combined then pour over chicken, beef or shrimp.
Allow to marinate for 2-3 hours before grilling.
This is great for beef kebabs.
