Ingredients

  • 1 Avocado From Mexico mashed
  • 2 teaspoons lime juice
  • ¼ teaspoon Kosher salt
  • ½ mango sliced
  • 4 Tablespoons queso fresco crumbled
  • ¼ teaspoon chili powder
  • 4 Slices Bimbo® Bread toasted

Instructions

  • In a small bowl mash the avocado, then stir in the lime juice, and the Kosher salt. Spread on the toasted bread.
  • Slice mango thinly, and put on top of the avocado mixture.
  • Sprinkle with crumbled queso fresco and chili powder.
