Brazilian food is Latin America meets the rest of the globe, really! Their influences include European, Amerindian, African, Japanese. They had an influx of immigrants that all added their flavor and spice to the local cuisine.
From their cuisine hails the ever popular açaí berries, quinoa, cassava or yuca, and cashews. Their climate also supports a myriad of tropical fruits including guava, passion fruit, mango, papaya, pineapple and oranges.
