    Indonesian

Indonesian food is among the world's most interesting foods. Its curries especially are amazing. Because of the geographical location, it has been populated by diverse races and cultural groups throughout the ages. The dishes are numerous, and each one is more delicious than the last one.

Dishes like nasi goreng, and nasi kunci are delicious rice dishes. Sambals, the chili based condiments are a staple at every meal. Think ketchup, but with a lot more punch.

Some of the most prominent spices in Indonesian recipes are: cardamom pods, cinnamon, turmeric, and cumin seeds. Every bite of Indonesian food you take is a symphony for the senses.

The tropical weather of Indonesia creates the perfect environment for all sorts of magical fruits like mangoes, jackfruit, and dragonfruit just to name a few.
