Super Bowl Sunday is just around the corner! Are you hosting? Regardless, one of the great traditions, apart from those multimillion dollar ads are the snacks. Yes, the snacks!!!
But who has time to make anything extraordinary? Well, not too many people, but that is no reason you can't turn out a killer salsa in 2 minutes. Yup, 2 minutes flat. Drain your mangoes, rinse and drain your beans; add in the fresh pico de gallo.
All you need to do is combine these healthy, ingredients together and voila!!!
My preference for snacks has always been on the healthy side, that is why I jumped at the chance of creating this delicious salsa with DelMonte diced mangoes and Marketside Pico de Gallo from my local Walmart store located two minutes away from my house. The black beans add a punch of nutrition and color contrast. Did I mention I like pretty snacks also?
I like to kick it up a notch using a little cayenne pepper. It gives it a hot and sweet characteristic. Finish it off with a little salt to bring all the flavors together. Oh, let's not forget a little cilantro to add a bit of brightness to the taste and look of this 2 Minute Spicy Mango Pico de Gallo Salsa.
2 Minute Spicy Mango Pico de Gallo Salsa will go great with your favorite chips. Scoops are also a great idea.
If you love to make dips for entertaining then I recommend trying some other appetizers on my blog.

Great article! I recently received RawSpiceBar's indian spices- garam masala and tandoori spices for making chicken tikka masala and it was pretty spot on. It's tough to find freshly ground kashmiri chiles and other high quality hard to find spices. Look forward to receiving next month's spice blends from them and worth looking into if you're an adventurous cook.

Thanks Sarah!
I have not heard of RawSpiceBar. I will definitely check them out. Yes it is difficult to find high quality spices. I am going to recommend Penzey's. They are out of Wisconsin. They have great quality spices. Thanks for commenting.
Have a great day. I am an adventurous cook!

I have three mango trees that overwhelm me with produce. I freeze. I pickle. I make smoothies. I eat them off the tree. Love new recipes. Beans and mangoes? Never thought of it.Thanks

How cool!!
I would love to have mango trees. Unfortunately I live in the northern US where we have snow 6 months out of the year. I buy my mangoes and eat them every day. Thanks for commenting!

This looks so tasty! I didn't know that Del Monte had canned mango, that makes it so much easier! Thanks for linking up at the Bloggers Brags party, I pinned your post to our group board.
