Gluten free

Many people today follow a gluten free diet, some by choice and others for medical reasons. Although I personally would die without bread, one of my very best friends is a celiac, so she needs to stay away from gluten.

Since starting this blog my mission has been to appeal to as many people as humanly possible. I tell all prospective readers that there is something for everyone in my blog. My  hope is to keep adding gluten free recipes. I have an excellent source-my friend!

I think all of the recipes here are tasty and easy to make.
